This is really a bummer for me. I am on a very fixed income & don't always have money to put on my account. Because of this goof up my account is now suspended! Before just taking money back out, you should notify people especially if it is going to overdraw their account.

It was already done automatically - the money was first refunded, which is what happens when a project is cancelled, but it's been invested back in the exact amount :). Thank you for your support and understanding.

Thank you for clarifying, Julia. And no, I am perfectly happy that this has been reopened. I was very sad that it was cancelled in the first place. So, please re -invest my money at your discretion! ;-)

Yay!!!! She's back. Going to invest a bit more as I can always gift more friends with this lovely lady!

The project was canceled by the artist by mistake and the money was refunded. The mistake was later corrected, with all the investments reinvested again, so if you were refunded $1, it just went straight back to the project and the project will be completed. If someone, for any reasons, would like for their money to be refunded (not to take part in the project), we can do this for this project only, so please contact us by our support e-mail.

I'm confused. If this is cancelled (which I got an email stating), why is it still up on the "active projects" page showing that it's in-progress and that people can still chip in?
