I decided to make different hands on separate layers.

The variant with the bottle will be on a separate layer.
The hand will be another on the layer without the bottle
This way you will get two identical girls apart from the background with different hands.

Hi... since the bottle will be a separate layer, will there be elements for her to hold in that hand where the bottle should be? I love it either way.

I will add layers with a Pygmy goat, with a lamb, with crowns of flowers.

Love this, very pretty. Could you maybe do a layer with a lamb? Also maybe a layer with a litter of puppies (with one escaping would be cute too, maybe).
