She would look great with blonde hair, and ginger hair. You could add a flower to her hair in different colors, and a little hat like the other commenter suggested.

And her dress has so much potential. I can see combinations of darker colors like red, purple, black, and green. Could also do the same for her fan.

Maybe giver her a little tattoo on her arm and leg. Maybe some jewelry, or different makeup options...or a mask.
