Thank you so much for your research & explanations. I've always wondered how the copyright problems with Disney would interfere with the Artists beautiful creations in PSP world. I am SO looking forward to the distribution of this tube! I've pitched in twice now! THANKS AGAIN maxsilverhammer!

Thanks so much for explaining that. Upon reading it I checked into it and it is true, Most of disneys princesses are not owned by Disney. :-)

@disneyfriend - Disney's Elsa is based on the title character of The Snow Queen, a Danish fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. Disney DOES NOT OWN The copyright on the original Snow Queen. They didn't invent the name, "Elsa" either and cannot copyright the name.
They don't own Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, etc. either although I'm sure they would love you to believe that they do. They do NOT. How many Brothers Grimm fairy tales has Disney "borrowed" from?

Alehandra's character is beautiful, comes with many color variations. She is much more complex than any "Disney" version of the Snow Queen.

Hopefully with this information, you can now use and enjoy this tube without guilt. :)

She is beautiful but she is not copyright compliant as she is a disney character from Frozen. There have been a few more I chipped in on that are the same and I can't use them now. :-(
