Butterfly doll

Let me introduce to you my new project.
Cute doll with butterflies pets.
I plan to make a few color options of dresses and hair, balloons in the doll's hands.
Maybe a summer version with ice cream, a hat and sunglasses?

How charming! When holding an icecream or something other than butterflies or balloons, is it possible to make her holding the arm in front of her instead of outstreched? Would look more natural. Hat and sunglasses sounds great too. And please make it possible to change her eye-colours too!
