I'll do a chiguagua dog and bags as an option then.

She is beautiful! She doesn't need to be holding anything at all. She could be used in a greater variety of tags if she wasn't holding anything. (no bread, no dog, etc.)

It is not that a Parisienne.
I acknowledge that the beret is lovely.
But the bread sticks in the bag are superfluous.
A nice handbag and a tiny Yorkshire, would be more representative.

A little dog would be wonderful. Breadsticks in a bag are too cliche in my opinion.
