I LOVE the fantastic variety of color layers AND the cute layer with bare feet!!
That is a fabulous idea! An ankle charm bracelet would look lovely on the bare feet layer.
The pearls are wonderful as well, and of course I especially adore the red wavy hair layer.
A variety of lipstick colors would be great too.

Blue dress - blue eyes, green dress - green eyes for example. Some artists do that, and it is like magic! Of course you dont have to do it, but it would be nice.
